Sewing

Everybody has one skill that gives great joy to others. My Meemaw can sew. Over the past few years, she has created many items for me and the girls, ranging from blankets and wash rags. They are so beautiful! One of the blankets was to be put away and enjoyed when my youngest was older. However, she spotted the blanket and now I’m lucky if we can leave home without it. All of us have embroidered aprons now because of her. That really decreased the “who’s who” fighting. From what I can tell, she sews these things by hand. That’s no small task for the the craftsmanship put into it!

I wish I could say I know her better than I do. I know that she has been through a lot in her life. She has recipes that you wouldn’t think would be anywhere near as good as they really are, and she has a loving heart. Before retiring she taught Kindergarten. I have no earthly idea how anyone can do that. All those minions running around screaming? No thanks! I’m so thankful God called others to fill that position!!

She is a beautiful woman, inside and out, and I’m so thankful that I get to enjoy her and the things she loved making everyday.

I am always looking for new projects that Cowdog Creations can help with through writing articles for website content, blogging, and development of their Social Media Networks. If you have questions or would like more information, please contact me by email,cowdogcreations@outlook.com.

Blessings From Texas,
